Play Pals: Aquatic Therapy
Our first SBAK Aquatic Therapy Play Pals will consist of a structured lesson in aquatic exercise by Physical Therapist, Dr. Amy Martin, followed by free swim time to practice techniques intended to strengthen core muscles, create muscle balance, and enhance flexibility.
