This is for school aged children with Spina Bifida and their parents from all over Kentucky, as well as anyone who'd like to travel. We are going to talk about how to start getting our kids ready for the big transition from pediatric to adult care one day, and how they will start caring for their health and appointments more independently. The program is at the new Norton SB clinic in Louisville and several of the clinic docs will be there as well to help kids practice the skills they learn!
