  • About Us

Our mission is to build a better and brighter future for all those impacted by Spina Bifida.

Since 1983, the Spina Bifida Association of Kentucky (SBAK) has been a resource center for the children, adults, and families in Kentucky and Southern Indiana who are impacted by Spina Bifida.

SBAK educates parents on how to be the best advocate for their child and helps children and adults learn how to advocate for themselves through FREE programs and services that help them overcome physical, cognitive, and social challenges to become successful and independent.

SBAK is an affiliated chapter of the national Spina Bifida Association.
